Payment, Cancellation and Modification Conditions
1. Introduction
These Payment, Cancellation, and Modification Conditions ("Conditions") regulate the processes of payment, reservation cancellation, and modifications related to VIP transfer and chauffeured car rental services offered by LUMIO Transfer & Concierge ("Company"). All customers benefiting from our services are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
2. Payment Terms
Prepayment or full payment may be requested to finalize the reservation.Payments can be made via the following methods:Credit card and debit cardBank transfer / EFTOnline payment systemsAll prices are presented in the relevant currency and including taxes unless stated otherwise.Invoices are issued to the customer in accordance with legal regulations after the service is completed.Bank and transaction fees that may incur in international payments belong to the customer.3. Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are issued for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the start of the service.For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time, the full fee may be charged.No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of the service.In case the customer does not participate in the service ("No-Show"), no fee is refunded.Force majeure situations (natural disasters, flight cancellations, official restrictions, etc.) are evaluated by the company.4. Reservation Modification Conditions
Reservation modification requests must be notified at least 12 hours before the service time.Modifications can be made depending on the availability of the vehicle and the driver.In case of a change in distance, duration, or vehicle type, a price difference may be applied.If flight information is shared, flight delays are tracked free of charge and the planning is updated accordingly.5. Refund Policy
Approved refunds are carried out through the payment method used.Refund procedures are completed within 3 to 10 business days depending on bank processes.LUMIO is not responsible for deductions applied by banks and payment institutions.Refund conditions of services offered under campaigns and promotions may differ.6. Service Provider Induced Cancellations
In the following situations, a full refund is issued to the customer or an alternative service is provided:
Vehicle malfunction or operational disruptionsCompany-induced planning errorsCancellation of the service by the companyIn these cases, the customer can choose either a refund or an alternative service option.
7. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, epidemics, weather conditions, traffic accidents, decisions of official authorities, and similar unforeseen circumstances are considered force majeure. In such situations, the company assumes no responsibility; however, it takes care to provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Dispute Resolution
These conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of the location where the Company's headquarters is situated are authorized for disputes that may arise between the parties.
